Soft Flooring Installer

• Install soft surface flooring including broadloom carpet, carpet tile, sheet vinyl, LVT, rubber flooring, and more

• Remove existing flooring and properly discard materials when applicable

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and applying adhesives or patching compounds

• Level and correct subfloor conditions to meet installation standards

• Cut, seam, and fit materials with accuracy and care

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job scopes

• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Communicate with supervisors, clients, and coworkers professionally

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Take pride in your craftsmanship and deliver top-quality installations

• 1+ years of soft flooring installation experience 

• Motivated entry-level applicants with a desire to learn are encouraged to apply

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, nights, and weekends when needed

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Respect for safety protocols and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $18.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
